Civil Servant Association Act Article 4
The organization of civil servant associations consists of the following two levels:1. Agency civil servant associations.2. The national civil servant association.Agency civil servant associations referred to in the preceding Paragraph include:1. Civil service agency associations affiliated with the Office of the President, National Security Council, agencies of the five Yuans.2. Civil service agency associations of government ministries and agencies at the same level.3. Civil service agency associations of special municipalities and counties (cities).

公務人員協會之組織分為下列二級：
一、機關公務人員協會。
二、全國公務人員協會。
前項機關公務人員協會包括：
一、總統府、國家安全會議、五院之機關公務人員協會。

三、各直轄市、縣（市）之機關公務人員協會。
