Civil Servant Association Act Article 37
Failure to appear on the set mediation date by participating counterparts without legitimate justification shall be considered a failed mediation. However, should the competent agency find reason for hope of successful mediation, an alternate mediation date may be set.A limit of one such alternate mediation date described in the preceding Paragraph may be set.

參與調解之相對人無正當理由，於調解期日不到場者，視為調解不成立。
