Civil Servant Association Act Article 35
In the event of successful mediation, the competent agency shall prepare a mediation agreement, signed by the parties entered in the dispute and all mediation committee members in attendance; in the event of unsuccessful mediation, a statement of failed mediation shall be issued within seven days.
