Civil Servant Association Act Article 30
Agencies and civil servant associations participating in consultations shall duly carry out the outcome of consultations among civil servant associations, the competent agency in charge of concerned matters, and related agencies.Civil servant associations shall not request the competent agency or related agencies to enter into collective agreements.

公務人員協會與協商案件之主管機關及相關機關協商所獲致之結果，參與協商之機關及公務人員協會均應履行。
