Civil Servant Association Act Article 19
Failure by the civil servant association Director or Board of Supervisors Convener to convene a Board of Directors or Board of Supervisors meeting more than two times shall result in removal from Director or Board of Supervisors Convener duties by the competent agency; a replacement shall be selected or appointed to fill the resulting vacancy.

公務人員協會理事長或監事會召集人，無故不召開理事會或監事會超過二個會次者，應由主管機關解除理事長或監事會召集人職務，另行改選或改推。
