The Ministry of Examination may set up various Examination Committees to oversee applications for examination exemptions made according to Article 13 of the Act.
中文原文 專門職業及技術人員考試法施行細則第7條
依本法及相關考試規則申請應試科目、考試方式、分階段或分試考試之減免者，應檢具相關證明文件，於國家考試報名網站為之，並依規定繳交申請費。
申請結果公布於國家考試報名網站。
具備前項申請減免資格者，至遲應於各考試報名期限截止時取得考選部核發之考試減免證明。
但考試規則另有規定者，從其規定。
