Professionals and Technologists Examinations Act Article 7

All nationals of the Republic of China meeting the eligibility requirements of this Act may participate in the Professional and Technical Examinations. However, persons otherwise bound by occupational laws and thus prohibited from performing such professional and technical occupations may not participate in the Examinations.
中文原文 專門職業及技術人員考試法第7條
中華民國國民，具有本法所定應考資格者，得應專門職業及技術人員考試。
但應考人如有各種職業管理法規規定不得充任各該專門職業及技術人員之情事者，不得應考。
