Professionals and Technologists Examinations Act Article 5

The various types of Professional and Technical examinations may be held jointly or separately, in stages or at different locations. The categories, locations, dates and other pertinent details of each examination shall be published by the Ministry of Examination two months prior to the date of examination. Staged and regional examinations as well as restrictions on qualification retainments shall be bound by the examination regulations of the respective category.

專門職業及技術人員各種考試，得單獨或合併舉行，並得分考區、分試、分階段舉行；其考試類科、地點、日期等，由考選部於考試兩個月前公告之。
