Professionals and Technologists Examinations Act Article 17

In the event that, upon publication of the examination results, it should be found that deserving candidates were failed or undeserving candidates were passed due to procedural negligence by the examination administration, such events will be reported by the Ministry of Examination to the Examination Yuan for rectification.
中文原文 專門職業及技術人員考試法第17條
專門職業及技術人員考試榜示後，發現因典試或試務之疏失，致應錄取而未錄取者或不應錄取而錄取者，由考選部報請考試院補行錄取或撤銷其考試錄取、及格資格。
專門職業及技術人員考試榜示後，發現有洩題或舞弊之情事致考試發生不正確結果，無法判定全部或部分應考人應否錄取或及格時，由考選部報請考試院撤銷全部或部分應考人之考試不錄取、錄取或考試不及格、及格資格，並得就全部或部分應考人，重新辦理涉及洩題或舞弊科目之考試。
