Examination Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 14

Members of the various boards or committees of examiners who are required to recuse themselves from certain activities in accordance with Article 26 of the Act shall inform in writing the agency administering the examination affairs of their situation prior to the preparation of examination questions, grading, review, oral examination, or on-site examination, or upon becoming aware of the need to recuse themselves.

本法第二十三條所稱考試性質特殊，指口試、心理測驗、電腦化測驗、試題命擬困難、試題題型特殊、新興類科等及其他經考試院同意之考試。
