The funding of the Foundation is ten billion NT dollars. Except for encouraging the subscription from the public, the competent authority shall compile the annual budget to subscribe the funding.The initiative funding of the Foundation is five hundred million NT dollars. The competent authority shall compile the annual budget for the first year to subsidize the funding.
