Legal Aid Act Article 57
To oversee the regular operations of the Foundation, the competent authority may order the Foundation to submit the reports regarding matters pertinent to the business, accounting and assets, and may also dispatch personnel to inspect the business.When overseeing the operation of the Foundation, the competent authority may order the Foundation to submit proof documents, books and other relevant information.

主管機關為監督基金會業務之正常運作，得命基金會就其業務、會計及財產相關事項提出報告，並得派員檢查其業務。
