Legal Aid Act Article 48
The Foundation shall establish the Reconsideration Committee composed by a number of committee members. The term of office for the Reconsideration Committee member is three years. The members for the Reconsideration Committee shall receive no pay for their services as a member.The member of the Review Committee cannot also serve as the member of the Reconsideration Committee.The members of the Reconsideration Committee shall be appointed among senior judges, prosecutors, public defender, military judges, lawyers, scholars or specialists in law by the Foundation with a recommendation from the Chief Executive Officer or the president of the Chapter; in case the member quits the position or shall be discharged for failing to perform his or her duties, the Chief Executive Officer or the president of the Chapter shall report the matter to the Foundation and request the Foundation to discharge the member.

基金會設覆議委員會，置委員若干人，任期三年，均為無給職。
審查委員會委員不得兼任覆議委員會委員。
覆議委員會委員，由執行長或分會會長推舉資深之法官、檢察官、公設辯護人、軍法官、律師或其他具有法學專門學識之學者、專家，報請基金會聘任之；其有辭職或不適任之情形者，應由執行長或分會會長報請基金會予以解任。
