Legal Aid Act Article 44
The Chapter shall have a full-time executive secretary who specializes in law or in other relevant professions. The executive secretary shall handle the Chapter’s business under the direction of the president.The appointment and discharge of the executive secretary shall be reported by the Chief Executive Officer or the president of the Chapter to the Foundation and shall be decided by the Foundation.
