Legal Aid Act Article 3
To achieve the purpose of this Act, the Legal aid Foundation (the Foundation) shall be established by the competent authority. The Articles of Subscription and Organization of the Foundation shall be established by the competent authority.The competent authority under this Act is the Judicial Yuan.
