Legal Aid Act Article 11
The matters handled by the Chapter are as follows:1. reviewing and executing the approval, denial, revocation and termination of the legal aid instances;2. reviewing and executing the payment in advance, payment, increase, reduction, cancellation, return, share or burden of the lawyer’s remuneration or necessary fees.3. providing mediation for disputes between legal aid recipient and the legal aid lawyers.4. fund-raising.5. implementing matters ordered by the Foundation and other legal aid matters.

一、法律扶助事件准駁、變更、撤銷及終止之審議與執行。
二、酬金及必要費用之預付、給付、酌增、酌減、取消、返還、分擔或負擔之審議與執行。
三、受扶助人與扶助律師間爭議之調解。
四、協助法律扶助經費之募集。
五、執行基金會交辦事項及其他法律扶助事項。
