Unless otherwise provided by law or regulation, meeting proposals at the Council of Judges shall be submitted by the president or judges.The proposal by a judge must be jointly signed by at least one judge.

法官會議之提案，除法令另有規定者外，由院長或法官提出之。
法官提案，應有其他法官一人以上之連署。
