Implementing Regulation Of The Judges Act Article 33

“With excellent grades” as referred to in Article 87, Paragraph 1, Section 5 and Paragraph 2, Section 2, means the followings:(1) Those serving in the private sector shall provide certificate proving excellent performance in service issued by the agencies he/she has served.(2) Those practicing on his/her own shall provide certificate issued by the competent authority to prove not having received any disciplinary sanction within the most recent two years.
