Implementing Regulation Of The Judges Act Article 27

For duty-related cases under Article 47, Paragraph 1, Sections 2 and 3 that have been pending in the Administrative Court prior to the implementation of the Act, the Administrative Court shall continue its proceedings in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Act. So shall be appeals and appeals against rulings.For cases in the preceding paragraph and the final judgments on duty-related cases under Article 47, Paragraph 1, Sections 2 and 3 rendered by the Administrative Court, the Administrative Court shall proceed with their retrial in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Act.

職務法庭第二審案件合議庭之審判長為懲戒法院院長；其有事故時，由懲戒法院法官遞補之，並以庭員中資深者充審判長，資同以年長者充之。
