Implementing Regulation Of The Judges Act Article 25

For the pending disciplinary case concerning judges or prosecutors in the Public Functionary Disciplinary Sanction Commission prior to the implementation of the Act, the Public Functionary Disciplinary Sanction Commission shall continue its proceedings in accordance with the Public Functionaries Discipline Act after the implementation of the Act.For cases in the preceding paragraph and resolutions made by the Public Functionary Disciplinary Sanction Commission concerning judges or prosecutors prior to the implementation of the Act, the retrial proceeding shall be conducted by the Public Functionary Disciplinary Sanction Commission in accordance with the Public Functionaries Discipline Act.
