Judges Act Article 66
The Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary may issue a judgment without oral argument to dismiss the retrial for lack of cause. The Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary shall issue a judgment to dismiss the retrial, even with cause, if it deems the original judgment justified.

職務法庭認為再審之訴顯無再審理由者，得不經言詞辯論，以判決駁回之。
