Judges handling family matters shall be selected from those who are equipped with awareness of gender equality, respect for multiculturalism and relevant knowledge, experiences and eagerness.The rules regarding the qualification, method of selection, tenure of office and other relevant matters of judges as provided in the preceding paragraph shall be made by the Judicial Yuan.

處理家事事件之法官，應遴選具有性別平權意識、尊重多元文化並有相關學識、經驗及熱忱者任之。
前項法官之遴選資格、遴選方式、任期及其他有關事項，由司法院定之。
