The court shall investigate facts and necessary evidence on its own initiative.Where a court deems the claims or statements of an interested party to be incomplete, it shall direct such a party to clarify or to provide supplementary explanations.

法院應依職權調查事實及必要之證據。
法院認為關係人之聲明或陳述不完足者，得命其敘明或補充之，並得命就特定事項詳為陳述。
