The court shall notify the spouse, the child and the parents of the absent person to participate in the proceedings on declaration of death, unless making the said notification is manifestly difficult; where there is a statutory agent acting on behalf of the absent person, the said statutory agent shall also be notified.The parties provided above shall be served with the court ruling on declaration of death.

宣告死亡程序，除通知顯有困難者外，法院應通知失蹤人之配偶、子女及父母參與程序；失蹤人另有法定代理人者，並應通知之。
