Juvenile Justice Act Article 82
A juvenile protection officer in the juvenile court shall execute the probation during sentence suspension or bail period.Where the person subject to probation is less than twenty-three (23) years old, the prosecutor shall entrust a juvenile protection officer of a juvenile court to execute probation in the preceding paragraph.

少年在緩刑或假釋期中應付保護管束。
前項保護管束，於受保護管束人滿二十三歲前，由檢察官囑託少年法院少年保護官執行之。
