Juvenile Justice Act Article 5
Each special municipality shall establish its juvenile court; a county or a city may establish its juvenile court taking into account its geographic condition and caseload.In a region where a juvenile court has yet to be established, a juvenile division may be established in the district court concerned, with its functions being taken care of by the existing personnel in the planning of the said district court who shall apply the provisions of this Act.A juvenile division shall be established in the High Court and its branch courts.

直轄市設少年法院，其他縣（市）得視其地理環境及案件多寡分別設少年法院。
尚未設少年法院地區，於地方法院設少年法庭。
