Juvenile Justice Act Article 38
The juvenile court may order the following measures if necessary:1. To restrict persons other than the juvenile to be present when the latter is making statements;2. To restrict the juvenile to be present when persons other than the juvenile is making statements.

少年法院認為必要時，得為下列處置：
一、少年為陳述時，不令少年以外之人在場。
二、少年以外之人為陳述時，不令少年在場。
前項少年為陳述時，少年法院應依其年齡及成熟程度權衡其意見。
