Juvenile Justice Act Article 11
In performing their duties alongside a juvenile investigation officer or a juvenile probation officer, a psychological assessment officer, a psychological counseling officer, a clerk, an assistant or a process-server shall comply with the supervision of the said juvenile investigation officer or juvenile probation officer.
