Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Act Article 25
A witness having acted as a verifier may refuse to testify on trade secrets that became known to it due to its verification.The witness in the preceding paragraph may not refuse to testify if relieved of its verifier's duty of secrecy.

曾為查證人而為證人者，就其因實施查證所知悉之營業秘密事項，得拒絕證言。
