Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Act Article 14
Any litigation by or against an agent ad litem is directly effective against the party personally, unless an admission or statement of facts by the agent ad litem is promptly revoked or corrected by the party attending court in person.In the case of willful misconduct or negligence by an agent ad litem in litigation, the party shall bear the same responsibility as if it were its own willful misconduct or negligence.

訴訟代理人所為或對其所為之訴訟行為，直接對當事人本人發生效力。
但訴訟代理人所為自認或事實上之陳述，經到場之當事人本人即時撤銷或更正者，不在此限。
訴訟代理人關於訴訟行為有故意或過失時，當事人本人應與自己之故意或過失負同一責任。
