Regulations Governing Remote Hearings and Transmission of Documents for Intellectual Property Cases by the Court Article 7
Remote hearing transcripts or other documents requiring the declarant's signature shall be transmitted by technological equipment from the court side to the remote side. After their contents are verified and they are signed, they shall be returned to the court side via technological equipment. The transcripts or documents returned to the court side as in the preceding paragraph shall have the same effect as having been signed. The court side shall print the signed transcripts or documents and enclose the same in the dossier.

遠距審理程序筆錄或其他文書，須陳述人簽名者，由法院端以科技設備傳送至遠距端，經陳述人確認內容並簽名後，再以科技設備傳送回法院端。
前項傳送回法院端之筆錄或其他文書，其效力與提出經簽名之文書同；法院端並應列印該簽名之筆錄或文書附於卷宗。
