Administrative Litigation Act Article 98-5
No costs will be collected on motions or statements, however, court costs of NT$ 1,000 shall be collected on motions prescribed in below:1. A motion for intervention or for denying intervention;2. A motion for restoration to status quo ante;3. A motion to cease execution or a motion to revoke a ruling which grants to cease execution;4. A motion to preserve evidence before initiating a litigation;5. A motion for a retrial;6. A motion for a provisional attachment or injunction, or a motion for revocation of a ruling for provisional attachment or injunction; and7. A motion filed in accordance with Article 237-30.

聲請或聲明，不徵收裁判費。
但下列聲請，徵收裁判費新臺幣一千元：
一、聲請參加訴訟或駁回參加。
二、聲請回復原狀。
三、聲請停止執行或撤銷停止執行之裁定。
四、起訴前聲請證據保全。
五、聲請重新審理。
六、聲請假扣押、假處分或撤銷假扣押、假處分之裁定。
七、第二百三十七條之三十聲請事件。
但下列聲請，徵收裁判費新臺幣一千元：
一、聲請參加訴訟或駁回參加。
