Administrative Litigation Act Article 94

The commissioned judge or the assigned judge may designate a date or a time period for the acts which he/she conducts.Articles 84 to 87 inclusive, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 88 and Article 90 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the date and time period designated by the commissioned judge or the assigned judge.
