Administrative Litigation Act Article 54
The termination of an advocate's retention shall be made to the administrative court in writing and served upon the opposing party by the administrative court.In cases of termination of retention by an advocate, such advocate shall continue to conduct all acts necessary to protect the rights of the party represented for a period of fifteen days from the day of expression of the intention to terminate retention.

訴訟委任之終止，應以書狀提出於行政法院，由行政法院送達於他造。
由訴訟代理人終止委任者，自為終止之意思表示之日起十五日內，仍應為防衛本人權利所必要之行為。
