Administrative Litigation Act Article 35
An incorporated charitable association, if delegated by its multiple members with common interests to conduct litigation for specific legal relation, to the extent permitted by the purposes as prescribed in its bylaws, may sue for public interest.The provision in the preceding Paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to an unincorporated charitable association.The delegation of powers to conduct litigation as provided in the preceding two Paragraphs shall be evidenced in writing.The provision of Article 33 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an incorporated association as prescribed in Paragraph 1 and an unincorporated association as prescribed in Paragraph 2.

以公益為目的之社團法人，於其章程所定目的範圍內，由多數有共同利益之社員，就一定之法律關係，授與訴訟實施權者，得為公共利益提起訴訟。
前項規定於以公益為目的之非法人之團體準用之。
前二項訴訟實施權之授與，應以文書證之。
第三十三條之規定，於第一項之社團法人或第二項之非法人之團體，準用之。
