Administrative Litigation Act Article 256
Upon finding the appeal taken from judgment meritorious, the Supreme Administrative Court shall reverse the relevant portion of the original judgment.Where the original judgment is reversed by reason of a violation of provisions regulating litigation proceeding, the defect in the litigation proceeding shall be deemed reversed as well.
