Administrative Litigation Act Article 15-2
In matters relating to the insurance cases under public law, a litigation may be initiated in the administrative court for the place of the plaintiff insured's or beneficiary's place of domicile or residence, or the place where the insured engages in vocational activities.In the litigation prescribed in the preceding Paragraph where the plaintiff is an insured unit, such litigation may be initiated in the administrative court for the place of its principal office or principal place of business.

因公法上之保險事件涉訟者，得由為原告之被保險人、受益人之住居所地或被保險人從事職業活動所在地之行政法院管轄。
前項訴訟事件於投保單位為原告時，得由其主事務所或主營業所所在地之行政法院管轄。
