(Guidelines for acceptance of the compensation amount)When the agent accepts the compensation case, deciding on the compensation amount of the Paragraph 1, Paragraph 3, Paragraph 4, Paragraph 6 of Article 6 or Paragraph 1, Paragraph 3 of the preceding article, it shall consider all circumstances, especially the following matters:1. The circumstances of the illegal or improper conduct of the civil servants.2. The extent of the victim's loss and attributability.

受理補償事件之機關決定補償金額時，應審酌一切情狀，尤應注意下列事項：
一、公務員行為違法或不當。
二、受害人所受損失。
三、受害人經命具保後逃亡或藏匿、故意干擾證據調查或其他事由而可歸責。
