(Compensation claims on juvenile protection matters)If the compensation claim on the juvenile protection matter is caused by the victim being unable to be ordered for detention and be sent to detention center, the agent that accepts the compensation matter may reject part or all of the compensation claim.

少年保護事件之補償請求，係因受害人不能責付而經收容所致者，受理補償事件之機關得不為一部或全部之補償。
