(Deadlines for compensation payment, the refund of a fine and the return of things confiscated)The payment of compensation, the refund of a fine or the return of things confiscated, shall be effected within 15 days after receipt of the claim for payment, refund, or return.
中文原文 刑事補償法第30條
補償金之支付、罰金或沒收物之返還，應於收受請求支付或返還請求書狀後十五日內為之。
