(Order to rectifyprocedural defects)When a claimant is ordered to rectify procedural defects of the claim but fails to do so within a specified deadline, the agency with jurisdiction to adjudicate the claim shall dismiss the claim of compensation.

補償之請求，違背法律上之程式，經定期命其補正，而逾期不補正者，應以決定駁回之。
