(New Procedure Applies)Prior to the enforcement of the Revised Code of Criminal Procedure, Cases under investigation or trial has already commenced shall, unless otherwise specifically provided there in, be concluded in accordance with the Revised Code of Criminal Procedure.

修正刑事訴訟法施行前，已經開始偵查或審判之案件，除有特別規定外，其以後之訴訟程序，應依修正刑事訴訟法終結之。
