An accused shall be examined in an honest manner; violence, threat, inducement, fraud, exhausting examination or other improper means shall not be used.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

訊問被告應出以懇切之態度，不得用強暴、脅迫、利誘、詐欺、疲勞訊問或其他不正之方法。
