Code of Criminal Procedure Article 91

If an accused is arrested with a warrant or because of a circular order to arrest without a warrant, he shall be brought immediately to the place designated; if such a place cannot be reached within twenty four hours, the arrestee shall be brought to the nearest court or public prosecutor's office, depending on whether the arrest warrant or circular order to arrest was ordered by the former or the latter, for examination to determine whether there has been mistakes as to his identity.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第91條
拘提或因通緝逮捕之被告，應即解送指定之處所；如二十四小時內不能達到指定之處所者，應分別其命拘提或通緝者為法院或檢察官，先行解送較近之法院或檢察機關，訊問其人有無錯誤。
