Public prosecutors and judicial police officers of neighboring or other judicial districts shall be informed of the issuance of a circular order; if it is necessary, the order may be published in a newspaper or via other mediums.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第86條
通緝，應以通緝書通知附近或各處檢察官、司法警察機關；遇有必要時，並得登載報紙或以其他方法公告之。
