Code of Criminal Procedure Article 82

A presiding judge or public prosecutor may specify the matters which should be contained in a warrant and request the public prosecutor of a place where the accused may be found to make an arrest with a warrant; if the accused is not at such place, the requisitioned public prosecutor of such place may in turn entrust the matter to the public prosecutor of the place where the accused may be found.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

審判長或檢察官得開具拘票應記載之事項，囑託被告所在地之檢察官拘提被告；如被告不在該地者，受託檢察官得轉囑託其所在地之檢察官。
