Code of Criminal Procedure Article 80

After an arrest with a warrant is made, the place, date, and time of execution shall be noted on such warrant; if no arrest can be made, the reason therefor shall be noted, and the warrant shall be signed by the person who executed the arrest warrant and forwarded to the public official who ordered the arrest.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第80條
執行拘提後，應於拘票記載執行之處所及年、月、日、時；如不能執行者，記載其事由，由執行人簽名，提出於命拘提之公務員。
