Code of Criminal Procedure Article 78
An arrest warrant shall be executed by a judicial policeman or judicial police officer, and the period for making such an arrest may be prescribed.Several copies of an arrest warrant may be issued and given to several persons for execution.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
