A true copy of a written decision or the records containing such decision shall be made from the original by the clerk with the seal of the court and the following words thereon: "It is certified that this is an exact copy of the original."The provisions of the preceding section shall apply mutatis mutandis to an indictment or a written ruling not to prosecute by a public prosecutor.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
中文原文 刑事訴訟法第52條
裁判書或記載裁判之筆錄之正本，應由書記官依原本制作之，蓋用法院之印，並附記證明與原本無異字樣。
