(Ruling (V) – Transferred to a Civil Court)Where a court shall only try a supplement civil action, it shall transfer the case to the civil division of the said court by ruling; unless the appeal for supplement civil action is illegal.One may not file an interlocutory appeal against ruling in the preceding paragraph.

法院如僅應就附帶民事訴訟為審判者，應以裁定將該案件移送該法院之民事庭。
但附帶民事訴訟之上訴不合法者，不在此限。
對於前項裁定，不得抗告。
